Tip een Thuis — Community-Driven Housing Leads for Vulnerable Families

Tip een Thuis is a social-impact initiative that mobilises citizens to help vulnerable families find a safe and stable home. Through a simple but powerful idea — inviting residents to “tip” homes that are about to be rented or sold — the platform creates an early-warning system for housing opportunities that would otherwise remain invisible.

The platform collects verified housing tips and channels them directly to trusted partner organisations who assist refugees, newcomers and families in precarious living situations. These partners take action immediately: contacting landlords, organising viewings, and securing homes before they disappear from the market. If a family can be housed, the tip giver receives an award of €200 euro.
